Here is a short list, yet they may not be important to you now, but they may come into play down the road when you might be thinking about selling! •1- What is the water level on the canal at low tide?

•10- What are the fishing possibly from my own dock? Yes, some locations are better!

•11- How big of boat will fit on the lift? What is the weight limits on the boat lift?
