Bonita Springs Florida real estate. I was out last week with clients looking at Golf Course Condos in Gated Communities in southwest Florida. We previewed several ones in Fort Myers at Gated Communities including a few that where bank owned and a couple of Bank Short Sale properties.

We then headed to Bonita Springs Florida where this featured condo was my personal favoriate. I thought I would share with all my blog readers. This unit is around 1,100 square feet, with vaulted ceilings it comes completely furnished turn key including all the way down to the silverware ! All you have to bring is your golf clubs and your tooth brush ! This one was listed for $145,000 and I thought this was a real good buy considering the great water view from the screened Lanai !
