My wife and I had always hoped to own our own place in a warm climate. I was really concerned with how we could find and select a property when we reside outside the state. I imagined many fruitless trips and wasted time and money searching for our winter retreat. Let me tell you, nothing could be further from the truth. It is hard for people to imagine that you can make an investment such as this over the Internet and feel very comfortable with the result. Working with Joe Kendall and the tools he provides made it very easy and manageable to search, select and monitors properties from the comfort of our home in the North.
